From the mountain hut trail to the international feed. Ski Arena Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis wanted to position itself as a skitouring destination. Not just with pretty clips, but with substance. Their question to us was direct:

"Do you have an idea how to strategically position Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis as a skitouring mecca and turn it into a cross-platform content marketing system, including landing pages and app integration?"

Short answer: yes. And it felt like home turf. We live in the mountains ourselves, know what a great skitour feels like… and how to tell the story. From this, we developed the concept: position Ski Arena as a true skitouring mecca and build a content system that not only generates reach but also offers orientation. Skitouring was treated as a product, not just a sport: routes, huts, community, progression. No matter if you're a beginner or a touring pro.

Signature formats like the Peak Challenge, an episodic skitouring series, and tutorials with mountain guide Karin provide recognizability, repeatable reach, and long-term value. The content works across Instagram, YouTube, and the website, can later be boosted strategically, and keeps its organic spirit. Landing pages and online content were seamlessly integrated. Early tests show it clearly: the assets stand out in the feed, capture attention, and generate subtle social proof.
